These happen to make up the majority of the signatures across the product, joining a year-long checklist that started in 2022 Bowman Baseball. Chrome Rookie Autographs are similar to their Prospect counterparts. However, these players have graduated to the majors. The parallel lineup for these consists of:

It’s worth noting that the Black and White Mini-Diamond Refractors for both the Chrome Prospect and Rookie Autographs are the only signed cards available in hobby LITE packs.

Prime Chrome Signatures (/50) return for another year. In the past, many of these have included additional signatures to help them stand out further beyond the smaller print run. Parallels include HTA Choice-only Orange Refractors (/25) and Superfractors (1/1).

Chrome Auto Relics add a memorabilia element to the signatures. These have Gold Refractors (/50), Orange Refractors (/25, hobby only) and Superfractors (1/1).

The ongoing All-American Game Autographs set gets some additions as well.

Other Inserts

2022 Bowman Chrome Baseball has a handful of other insert themes with varying odds.

Shades of Greatness (1:3 packs) spotlight top prospects and standout rookies that have shown strong skills already.

Arizona Fall League play is highlighted in 2021 AFL Fall Stars (1:6 packs). There’s also a tough MVP short print card that’s only in hobby packs.

It Came to the League (1:12 packs) is a new insert set that’s inspired by old monster movies — because the players are intended to be monster prospects.

Parallels for all three of these include Atomic Refractors (/150), Orange Refractors (/25) and Superfractors (1/1). Select cards also have autograph versions with additional parallels.

Bowman Invicta (1:24 hobby) continues on from 2022 Bowman and is planned to get a third installment in 2022 Bowman Draft later in the year. These have Atomic Refractors (/150), Gold Refractors (/50), Orange Refractors (/25, hobby only), Red Refractors (/5) and Superfractors (1/1). There are also autographs for some with their own Gold Refractors (/50), Orange Refractors (/25, hobby only), Red Refractors (/5) and Superfractors (1/1).

By far the toughest standard insert set in 2022 Bowman Chrome Baseball is Bowman Ascensions. Base versions land 1:144 packs. These are a collaboration between Topps and Invisible Creature. Parallels include Orange Refractors (/25) and Superfractors (1/1) with autographs also available.

The checklist rounds out with hobby-exclusive 2021 AFL Relics. Base versions have varied print runs along with Orange Refractors (/25), Superfractors (1/1), Autographs, and Autograph Superfractors (1/1).
